Based in Milan, Raffaella is Operations and Controls Director at EOS IM Group.
With over two decades of experience spanning risk management, market analysis and sustainability, she brings a strong combination of operational oversight and strategic risk expertise. Most recently, she worked at Recurrent Energy in Milan—one of the world’s largest IPPs focused on the development, construction and operation of solar and energy storage projects—where she led risk management and insurance strategies across North America, LATAM, EMEA and APAC. In this role, she supported portfolio growth, provided M&A and transaction support, oversaw compliance monitoring, and contributed to the implementation of an ESG strategy to strengthen the company’s global sustainability efforts.
Previously, she held senior roles at Société Générale, Rabobank and The Bank of New York Mellon, managing complex cross-functional initiatives and ensuring robust risk and compliance frameworks across multiple sectors, including renewables and infrastructure.
Raffaella holds a Master’s degree in Modern Literatures and Languages and a degree in Social Communications and Information Sciences from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan.
