Based in Milan, Gianni is Senior Partner at EOS IM Group.
With over 25 years’ international experience in the private equity industry, he has served as a key member of senior management teams at partner and director level and has led successful transactions across the full investment cycle, from origination and execution through to value creation and exit. His sector experience includes industrial manufacturing, food and business services, with a particular focus on both Italian and international SMEs.
Over the course of his career, he has held senior roles at large-cap LBO firms, including Advent International, as well as in the mid-market, including Azimut Libera Impresa. Prior to joining EOS IM Group, he co-founded IBV Capital, an investment and advisory firm focused on Italian SMEs.
