Based in Milan, Sofia is Investment Associate at EOS IM Group.
She brings solid experience across private equity, private debt and M&A, with a background spanning investment analysis, due diligence, portfolio management, market scouting, financial modelling and transaction execution. Her experience includes work on add-ons and majority acquisitions in the agri-food sector, as well as supporting investment activities across sectors including Technology & Digital, Healthcare, Business Services and Education. She has also gained exposure to M&A advisory mandates in the energy, infrastructure and sustainability space.
Sofia holds a Master of Science in Administration, Finance and Control and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management, both from Bocconi University, and completed an exchange programme at Insper University in São Paulo.
