Based in Luxembourg, Luca is a Board Director of the General Partner.
He began his career with Arthur Andersen in Italy, the United States and Luxembourg, before moving into a Financial Director role for the European operations of a NYSE-listed company. He later served as Head of Operations at Intesa Sanpaolo in Luxembourg, and subsequently joined SGG, where he led both the commercial and operational activities of the Private Equity department.
Luca specialises in venture capital transactions, as well as securitisations, structured finance and capital markets. He combines deep expertise in financial engineering with extensive experience in business development within the private equity market.
He holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Florence and is a qualified Chartered Accountant in both Italy and Luxembourg. Luca is also a regular speaker at international conferences and publishes articles on private equity topics.
