Based in Zurigo, Stefano is a member of the Advisory Board at EOS IM Group.
He brings extensive international experience in the Agriculture and Food sector to support the transition of food systems, with a particular focus on sustainability, technology adoption and evolving consumer trends.
He serves as Non-Executive Director of Deoleo, the world's leading olive oil company listed in Madrid (BME: OLE), and as a board member of Ameropa, a leading global fertilizers supply-chain business, and of Grosvenor Food and AgTech, an international equity investor in the sector. He is also Chairman of farmer connect®, a Swiss-based technology company delivering end-to-end traceability solutions, and the founder of LemanVentures, a privately owned investment firm.
Stefano has significant executive experience, having served as a member of the Executive Council of Archer Daniels Midland (NYSE: ADM) and President of ADM Global Agribusiness, where he led a global agricultural business with revenues in excess of US$25 billion, as well as Chief Risk Officer of the ADM group. He was previously President of CHS International and founder of CHS do Brasil, and in 2019 led the creation of Covantis, the industry-wide blockchain initiative to modernise global agri-commodity trade.
