Based in Milan, Claudio is a Senior Partner at EOS IM Group.
With over 20 years of international experience across infrastructure and the energy transition, spanning both equity and debt investments, he has worked for global banks and fund managers and has lived in major European hubs including London, Paris, Rotterdam, Brussels and Milan. Claudio was instrumental - among the earliest team members and as a Partner - in launching one of Europe’s leading energy-transition fund managers, scaling it from a start-up into a global platform with several billion euros under management, ultimately sold to a US institutional investor.
He has originated, structured and executed approximately EUR 2bn of renewable energy equity investments across six European countries and also launched one of the first high-yield debt strategies in the European infrastructure sector, raising multiple strategies and managing around EUR 1bn. Recognised for his innovative approach, he has led landmark transactions and served as a director in multiple renewable energy companies.
Claudio holds a master’s degree in economics and business administration and was awarded Associate Fellow by Oxford Saïd Business School (UK).
