Based in Milan, he is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of EOS Investment Management Ltd.
His remit includes active involvement across the investment process, with oversight of due diligence and the ongoing monitoring of investment funds and co-investment activities. Prior to joining EOS IM Group, he was part of J.P. Morgan’s Investment Banking team in London, specialising in structuring and placing complex, high-value debt securities for financial institutions across multiple EMEA jurisdictions. He also worked on debt and equity capital markets transactions for Southern European issuers. Earlier in his career, he served at a financial advisory boutique in Amsterdam focused on energy and infrastructure projects.
Natalino holds an MSc in Finance & Investments from Rotterdam School of Management in the Netherlands.
