Jacopo Fornaciari

Based in Milan, Jacopo is Investment Manager at EOS IM Group.

Prior to joining EOS IM Group, he was an Associate in the M&A Advisory team at Deloitte. He previously gained experience in the Corporate Finance team at Mediobanca and in the Structured Finance division of Banca IMI.

He has years of experience executing M&A transactions for leading Italian and European groups, alongside strong capabilities in corporate valuation, business planning and financial modelling.

Jacopo holds a Master of Science in Administration, Finance and Control from Bocconi University and also completed an exchange programme at the University of Illinois Chicago.
