Based in Luxembourg, Vladimir is Finance Director at EOS IM Group and leads the Finance function supporting the operations of the funds managed by the Group.
Over the course of his career, including roles at PwC and Deloitte, he managed audit and financial due diligence assignments for private equity clients and companies across a broad range of sectors in Luxembourg, Italy, South-Eastern Europe and Russia. Most recently, leading audits of multinational private equity funds and Luxembourg-based structures, he developed deep expertise in the private equity field, spanning financial reporting, as well as regulatory, tax and compliance considerations.
He has also held a business development role within a private equity fund, where he led the investment process from deal origination through execution, and oversaw ongoing portfolio monitoring.
