Marianna Castiglioni

Based in Milan, Marianna is Partner at EOS IM Group.

She has over 20 years’ experience in private equity, with a strong focus on Italian SMEs across both minority and majority investments. She also brings more than 10 years’ experience serving on the Boards of Directors of portfolio companies, supporting value creation and governance throughout the investment lifecycle. Throughout her career, she has developed strong analytical and negotiation capabilities, with extensive exposure to deal origination, execution and portfolio management.

Marianna holds a Master’s degree in Merchant Banking & Private Capital and a degree in Economics and Business Administration from LIUC–Carlo Cattaneo University.
