Paolo Guzzetti

Based in Milan, Paolo is Senior Advisor of the Advisory Board at EOS IMGroup.

He also serves as a board member and advisor to corporate clients and financial institutions on corporate law matters, with a focus on M&A and finance transactions. He has significant experience drafting and negotiating share purchase, investment and shareholders’ agreements, as well as a wide range of commercial and financing agreements. He has also developed extensive expertise in restructuring and insolvency proceedings.

Paolo advises leading Italian credit institutions, securitisation vehicles and corporates, and covers all aspects of civil litigation, including arbitration proceedings.
