Based in London, Giuseppe La Loggia is a Senior Partner at EOS IM Group.
With more than 17 years’ experience across all aspects of the renewable energy sector, he served as Head of Portfolio Renewables at Octopus Investments, the UK’s largest non-utility investor in onshore renewables and one of Europe’s leading commercial solar players, contributing to its growth to over 1,000MW of installed capacity. He also originated, acquired and managed one of the first European utility-scale, grid-parity solar clusters. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles within a large US corporation, acting as Head of Business Development and General Manager, where he successfully developed, acquired, built and managed more than 300MW of solar projects and delivered them to the financial and bond markets. He was awarded the 2010 European Project Bond Deal of the Year for the first-ever solar project bond and the first publicly rated and listed project bond globally.
Giuseppe holds a PhD in Law (with distinction) from the University of Rome “La Sapienza” and a Degree in Law from the University of Palermo. He is also a qualified Italian lawyer.
