"With Innovo Agri, we want to build a bridge between the agricultural world and the energy industry by offering cross-cutting expertise, process traceability and a strategic approach to promote the development of agrivoltaic projects that are sustainable from both an environmental and economic point of view," said Rodolfo Bigolin, Chief Executive Officer of NT Innovo Agri. . "By combining agricultural productivity, regulatory compliance and sustainability, we a te a gap in the renewable energy landscape, supporting all players in the supply chain, including project financiers, in the sustainable transition of our country."

Rodolfo Bigolin will be joined by Marco Scarpelli as Managing Director, who has extensive experience in plant development and consulting for real assets in the energy sector.

The operational heart of the company will be in Tuscany, in the province of Pistoia, a meeting point between agricultural roots and the development of new technologies related to the energy transition.
